SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently ship domestically to destinations in the contiguous USA. All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
As we are a small boutique record label, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery of your order.
All sales are final. However, we will accept returns for store credit provided item is returned in new, original condition within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs except in cases where item arrived defective or damaged due to an error by Release Me Records. Items that have been used, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for store credit. Store credit will be processed after the item has been received in satisfactory condition. You will be issued a email confirmation once the credit is processed.
We are not able to offer refunds at this time.
